This service begins 8 weeks prior to your wedding day, where we step in to refine logistics, confirm vendor details, and ensure nothing has been overlooked. We become the main point of contact for all vendors, allowing you to fully transition into the role of bride and groom stress-free.
This package includes:
Initial onboarding meeting to review all contracts, timeline, and design details
Comprehensive 8-week planning checklist + final preparation guidance
Creation of a custom, detailed wedding day timeline for you, your vendor team, and wedding party
Full vendor confirmation and communication beginning 6–8 weeks out
Floor plan assistance and layout review

Assistance with booking up to 4–6 key vendors (photographer, florist, rentals, etc.)
Budget guidance and tracking support
Monthly check-ins to ensure planning stays on track
Design direction assistance (color palette, aesthetic cohesion, overall vision)
Review of all vendor contracts prior to booking
Timeline development beginning early in the planning process
